Job Summary

Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maximize membership growth and revenue
  • Manage and motivate a team of membership sales representatives to achieve targets
  • Conduct personalized tours sales presentations and handle high-level member concerns
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge
  • Develop retention strategies and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure member satisfaction and effective CRM usage
  • Conduct regular training sessions and stay updated on industry trends
  • Forecast sales projections and contribute to the annual budgeting process

 


Qualifications :

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
  • 7 years of progressive experience in sales preferably in membership-based organizations
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading sales teams
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in the fitness hospitality or leisure industry
  • Strong analytical skills for forecasting budgeting and market analysis
  • Certification in sales management (e.g. Certified Sales Leadership Professional)

  • Results-driven with a strong work ethic and customer focus
  • Adaptable innovative thinker with excellent networking skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
