Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Manager with a strong background in buildings and construction to join our team in Riyadh Saudi this critical role you will be responsible for identifying assessing and mitigating risks associated with our building projects and operations.
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies for building projects and operations
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and safety audits of buildings and construction sites
- Analyze data and prepare detailed risk reports for senior management
- Ensure compliance with local building codes safety standards and regulations in Saudi Arabia
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to integrate risk management practices into project planning and execution
- Develop and maintain risk registers identifying potential threats and opportunities
- Lead risk mitigation efforts and monitor their effectiveness
- Provide expert advice and training on risk management best practices to team members and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging risks in the construction and real estate sectors
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Architecture Risk Management or a related field
- Minimum of 13 years of experience in risk management preferably in the construction or real estate industry
- Professional certifications such as PRM (Professional Risk Manager) or ARM (Associate in Risk Management) preferred
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and safety standards in Saudi Arabia
- Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices in the construction industry
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in risk assessment techniques and tools
- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel to various project sites within Saudi Arabia as needed
