Job Summary

Pay: EXCELLENT pay of 14 to 15.50 per hour

Hours: FLEXIBLE hours of 8am to 4pm OR 5pm to 10pm (we will require you to commit to a regular shift pattern so we can fulfil the rota ahead of time)

Working hours: All staff work a minimum of 20 hours per week to make it FAIR for everyone.

What does the role involve and WHY you will play a huge part in peoples lives.

  • Deliver person-centred care in clients own homes
  • Assist with personal care (washing dressing toileting continence)
  • Support with mobility transfers and safe use of equipment
  • Administer or prompt medication in line with care plans and MAR charts
  • Prepare meals and support nutritional needs and hydration
    Carry out light household tasks to maintain a safe clean environment
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce isolation
  • Observe monitor and report changes in health or behaviour
  • Follow individual care plans and promote independence and dignity
  • Maintain accurate daily records and care notes
  • Adhere to safeguarding health & safety and infection control procedures
  • Communicate effectively with families healthcare professionals and supervisors
  • Support clients with appointments shopping and community access
  • Respect confidentiality and comply with GDPR and CQC standards
