Paradigm Trust is looking to appoint an inspirational and highly motivated SENCo (Special Educational Needs Coordinator) into the team at Ipswich Academy from April 2026.
About the position
You will be responsible for the management of all additional support given to pupils with Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities within the Academy. This will be a demanding varied and highly challenging role that will provide an excellent career opportunity for an exceptional individual. You will report directly to the principal.
What you will offer
The successful applicant will have previous experience working as a SENCO. This will be a challenging role so you will need the drive and ability to demonstrate enthusiasm and a passion for SEN and understand issues affecting pupils with additional needs and how to support them.
