Hours: 78.75 hours bi-weekly
Salary: $26.35 to $27.47 per hour. Start rate non-negotiable.
Status: Permanent Full-Time

Duties
- To dispatch Security Guards at Toronto General Hospital Toronto Western Hospital and Princess Margaret Hospital to various calls relating to the physical security of the facilities and life safety;
- Monitor control and assess activities of Security Control Centre including the CCTV surveillance at TGH TWH and PM;
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Security Guards at TGH TWH and PM; perform administrative and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
- Completion of Grade XII or recognized equivalent
- Law and Security Administration Diploma and/or equivalent security experience
- Minimum two years experience in a control center/dispatch centre environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must be computer literate
- MS Office computer program experience
- Demonstrated ability for working in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Must be able to assess and prioritize service requests upon demand
- Perform all aspects of the photo identification function as required
- Ability to read write understand and communicate in English
