Duties:
Financial Leadership & Strategy
- Serve as a strategic finance partner to executive and physician leadership
- Lead enterprise financial planning budgeting forecasting and long-range modeling
- Develop and monitor KPIs related to practice profitability and provider productivity
- Support M&A due diligence valuation modeling and integration tracking
- Ensure financial controls reporting accuracy and compliance across practices
Business Intelligence & Analytics
- Build and lead a scalable Business Intelligence function
- Oversee dashboards and reporting for executives and physician partners
- Collaborate with IT to ensure complete integration of data across critical systems (i.e. EHR PM billing payroll HRIS and GL systems)
- Translate complex data into actionable insights
- Standardize reporting across acquired practices
Operational & Provider Economics
- Optimize provider compensation and productivity models
- Analyze practice-level performance for margin improvement
- Support payer strategy and reimbursement analysis
- Provide insight into ancillary services profitability
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and develop high-performing finance and analytics teams
- Establish governance processes and accountability
- Implement a forecasting & budgeting application
- Foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement
Qualifications :
Required:
- Bachelors degree in finance Accounting Economics or related field
- 7 years of progressive finance or analytics leadership experience
- Healthcare services or physician practice management experience
- Strong financial modeling and BI skills
Preferred:
- MBA CPA CFA or similar credential
- Dermatology PPM or private equitybacked healthcare experience
- M&A integration experience
- Familiarity with dermatology EHR and PM system
