Your Role Will Include:
- Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely impactful way
- Supporting participants across settingshome school and the broader community
- Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals
- Delivering evidence-based interventions that improve quality of life
- Collaborating with a supportive multi-disciplinary team
- Mentoring junior clinicians (for experienced therapists)
- Ensuring compliance with current NDIS requirements
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For:
- Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
- Post-graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A proactive growth-oriented mindset
- A fun team-first approach to work
- A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
