Your Role Will Include:

• Managing a caseload and delivering therapy services in a timely impactful way
• Supporting participants across settingshome school and the broader community
• Using clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals
• Delivering evidence-based interventions that improve quality of life
• Collaborating with a supportive multi-disciplinary team
• Mentoring junior clinicians (for experienced therapists)
• Ensuring compliance with current NDIS requirements

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For:

• Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
• Post-graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• A proactive growth-oriented mindset
• A fun team-first approach to work
• A genuine passion for working in the disability sector
