We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Expert to join our team in Plymouth MI. This role that contains responsibilities in both traditional sales responsibilities as well as commercial management of the Stellantis Vehicle Motion North America account.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and report on sales key performance indicators (KPIs) along with strategic measures.
- Prepare and present KPIs current forecast business plan and year-end results to regional and global stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive business objectives.
- Manage sales for Vehicle Motion products including:
- Customer interface
- Acquisition leadership
- Interface with internal business unit stakeholders
- Accounts receivable coordination & reporting.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Business Administration Finance or related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the automotive industry knowledge of braking and sensor technology preferred.
- Well versed in commercial business management: Preparation/presentation of KPIs forecasting development of business plan and presentation of year end results to executive management.
- Strong communication negotiation client relationship building and presentation skills.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales forecasting tools
- Strategic thinking and ability to analyze market trends and competitive landscapes
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach to sales
