The Opportunity
As Chief Technology Officer you will lead the strategic direction and operational management of all technology functions. Reporting directly to the CEO you will oversee business-as-usual IT operations while driving innovation and major projects that enhance organisational efficiency and compliance.
You will manage a skilled internal IT team and external consultants ensuring robust infrastructure secure data management and seamless integration with hospital systems. A key part of your role will be representing the organisation in high-level discussions with public hospitals government bodies and senior healthcare executives ensuring credibility and leadership in technology matters.
- Overseeing IT operations and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
- Driving technology roadmap aligned with organisational goals and compliance requirements.
- Leading cybersecurity and data protection initiatives.
- Managing major IT projects and implementing structured change management processes.
- Championing innovation and digital transformation programs.
- Vendor and stakeholder management to ensure optimal performance and value.
- Resource allocation and budget oversight for IT functions.

- 15 years in IT leadership roles with experience within healthcare radiology or pathology.
- Strong understanding of LIS workflows and hospital system integration.
