Job Summary

About the role:

The Project Officer will provide high-quality administrative coordination and compliance support forproperty fleet and related projects ensuring timely delivery adherence to governance standards andeffective stakeholder communication. The role is critical in maintaining accurate documentationsupporting procurement and contract processes and enabling efficient project execution across theorganisation.

This role assistswith project planning coordination documentation and reporting while supporting tender processescontract management and stakeholder communication. The position contributes to maintainingcompliance standards and efficient project execution across the organisation

This is a Full-Time Fixed Term (12 Month Contract) opportunity based in South Melbourne VIC within our Corporate Services. The position reports to the General Manager Property and Fleet.

Key Selection Criteria:

To be successful in this role the incumbent will have:

  • Previous experience in either Facilities Management Contract Administration or ProjectManagement.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Project Management and/or other related business qualificationsdesirable.
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to manage deadlines and multiplecompeting priorities while maintaining momentum across deliverables.
  • Understanding of Essential Safety Measures National Construction Code and statutory obligations.
  • Strong internal and external stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build and maintainrapport.
