We are seeking to appoint aGraduate Marketing Assistant to join our creative Marketing and Communities Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone in their final year of their degree or newly graduated to start a new career within the Marketing industry. The successful applicant will be provided with training and professional development and the opportunity to grow their exposure to corporate campaigns and events in a dynamic experienced team.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Assist with TSS marketing campaign
- Help manage the campaign and event database
- Update the sponsorship prospectus for supporter groups
- File management and general administrative support for the Marketing and Communications team
- Preparing purchase orders and managing any accounts payable work for the team or as directed
- Social media monitoring posting and content sourcing
- Assist with planning and execution of TSS events
- Website updates refreshing and content management as well as managing staff website enquiries
- Basic desktop publishing design projects and edits
- Assist with TSS Supporter Group communication and liaison
- Provide administrative support for the Marketing and Communities team
- Contribute to social media monitoring posting and content sourcing
- Assist with website updates
- Basic desktop publishing and copywriting tasks
- Any other duties as directed by the Marketing and Communities Manager

- Customer focused verbal communication when liaising with staff students parents and external parties
- Professional courteous and discreet communication style
