About the role:
The Senior Director Medical Economics - Corporate serves as the strategic anchor for Oscars medical expense financial planning and corporate reporting architecture. You will influence and guide a team of analytically-minded professionals. The team owns the end-to-end medical trend forecasting and budgeting processes ensuring the accuracy of financial outlooks and the integrity of corporate planning assumptions.
The Senior Director functions as the bridge between Medical Economics Corporate Finance and Investor Relations. You will collaborate with analytical leads to synthesize complex medical data into our quarterly earnings narrative and long-term financial outlook. With your analytical leadership the role is accountable for crafting high-impact content specifically quarterly earnings materials Board of Directors decks and Management Committee reporting designed to inform senior leadership on key performance drivers risks and opportunities.
You will report into the VP Medical Economics.
Work Location: This is a remote position open to candidates who reside in: Hartford CT. You will be fully remote; however our approach to work may adapt over time. Future models could potentially involve a hybrid presence at the hub office associated with your metro area. #LI-Remote
Pay Transparency: The base pay for this role is: $211200 - 277200 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits participation in Oscars unlimited vacation program company equity grants and annual performance bonuses.
