Role description:
Arcadis New York office is seeking an experienced Senior Project Architect to join our dynamic Workplace team contributing to a range of high-profile this role youll oversee the architectural design and technical development ensuring that our workplace solutions meet the highest standards of quality innovation and functionality.
Role accountabilities:
- Lead the production and coordination of technical drawings through all project phasesfrom Concept Design through to Construction Documentation
- Oversee the development and integration of design solutions ensuring compliance with codes standards and regulations
- Manage multiple projects providing technical guidance to junior staff and ensuring adherence to design intent quality standards and client objectives
- Collaborate closely with clients consultants contractors and internal teams to facilitate the smooth delivery of projects
- Monitor project timelines budgets and deliverables to ensure alignment with scope and performance goals
Qualifications & Experience:
- Professional degree in Architecture and an active architectural license
- 8-10 years of experience with a proven track record in workplace design and project delivery
- Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD with experience in BIM coordination
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams through complex technical challenges
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality architectural solutions

We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per salary range for this position is $100000 - $165000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors such as experience education budget internal equity project and location.
