The University of Pennsylvania Graduate School of Education (Penn GSE) invites applications for a postdoctoral fellowship in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Education. This two-year full-time position is expected to begin January 1 2026.
The postdoctoral fellow will work closely with Dr. Shiyan Jiang on research projects focused on AI literacy across diverse stakeholders. The primary emphasis will be on K-12 students and teachers with potential extensions to workforce development and employee learning. This is an in-person position based in Philadelphia.
The successul candidate will posess/demonstrate:
- A completed doctoral degree in Learning Sciences Educational Technology Computer Science Human-Computer Interaction or a related field is required by the start date.
- Strong organizational communication and interpersonal skills are essential
- Highly valued qualities include strong academic writing skills and effective interdisciplinary collaboration experience.
