1. HQ U.S. Sales Coordination
- Act as a liaison between HQ and U.S. sales team
- Consolidate and report weekly/monthly sales updates to HQ
- Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups
- Translate strategic HQ directions into actionable tasks
- Support executive-level report and presentation preparation
2. Sales KPI Monitoring & Reporting
- Track KPIs: pipeline MQL SQL revenue forecast conversion rates
- Monitor CRM data accuracy
- Prepare performance dashboards and weekly pipeline reports
- Identify KPI gaps and escalate risks
- Support annual and quarterly sales target planning
3. Sales Operations & Task Management
- Monitor task progress and deadlines for sales team
- Manage follow-up emails and documentation
- Support contract coordination (legal review document management)
- Assist in preparing proposals sales decks and meeting summaries
- Maintain structured records of customer interactions
4. Sales Support Function
- Assist in leadership reporting
- Support events: expos trade shows client meetings
- Coordinate internal resources (product technical HQ) for sales opportunities
- Support onboarding and documentation for new customers
Qualifications :
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field
- 13 years of experience in planning sales operations business coordination or similar role
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and CRM systems
- Excellent English communication skills; Korean preferred
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
Preferred:
- Experience working in HQoverseas structure
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise solution sales
- Understanding of KPI management and pipeline reporting
