Job Summary

1. HQ U.S. Sales Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between HQ and U.S. sales team
  • Consolidate and report weekly/monthly sales updates to HQ
  • Track action items and ensure timely follow-ups
  • Translate strategic HQ directions into actionable tasks
  • Support executive-level report and presentation preparation

2. Sales KPI Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track KPIs: pipeline MQL SQL revenue forecast conversion rates
  • Monitor CRM data accuracy
  • Prepare performance dashboards and weekly pipeline reports
  • Identify KPI gaps and escalate risks
  • Support annual and quarterly sales target planning

3. Sales Operations & Task Management

  • Monitor task progress and deadlines for sales team
  • Manage follow-up emails and documentation
  • Support contract coordination (legal review document management)
  • Assist in preparing proposals sales decks and meeting summaries
  • Maintain structured records of customer interactions

4. Sales Support Function

  • Assist in leadership reporting
  • Support events: expos trade shows client meetings
  • Coordinate internal resources (product technical HQ) for sales opportunities
  • Support onboarding and documentation for new customers

Qualifications :

Required:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Management or related field
  • 13 years of experience in planning sales operations business coordination or similar role
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills
  • Proficiency in Excel PowerPoint and CRM systems
  • Excellent English communication skills; Korean preferred
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership

Preferred:

  • Experience working in HQoverseas structure
  • Experience in SaaS or enterprise solution sales
  • Understanding of KPI management and pipeline reporting

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $58000 $67000 (based on experience skillset and qualifications)
