We are looking for an Assistant Manager who genuinely cares and wants to join and help lead an amazing team to deliver memorable experiences for our guests.
Your duties will include the following:
- Organise and manage FOH shift operations
- Training quality staff
- Manage all aspects of food and beverage service
- Taking reservations and inquiries professionally respond to emails for functions and events
- Dealing with guest complaints in a prompt and efficient manner
- Cashiering and balancing of the daily takings.
- Monitoring and meeting KPIs
- Monitor and ensure compliance
- Place and receive stock orders through the CRM system
- Manage staff performance disciplinary matters and resolve conflicts as required
A minimum of 3 year of experience in hospitality is required and must hold a Managers Certificate or the LCQ qualification with the ability to apply for it.
We offer:
- Minimum of 30 hours rostered Monday to Sunday
- $29.66 to $31 per hour depending on experience
