Description of role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to deliver a Membership Engagement Programme for small accounts. The role will oversee and manage a portfolio of up to 300 accounts with the aim to provide enhanced Member value amongst this business segment. This role is critical to maintaining and enhancing the value of membership within a vital segment of our Industrial Membership portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with small accounts through regular phone calls targeted email campaigns and consistent communication. This can also include visits to Members as well as organising inward visits to TWI.
  • Webinar & Event Coordination: Develop and deliver a monthly webinar series tailored to the needs of small accounts. Organize quarterly or half-yearly regional networking events to foster community and engagement among members.
  • Retention & Growth: Target a 30% reduction in membership resignations within this segment of Membership.
  • Drive additional revenue: oversee the development of Single Client Project initiatives aiming to generate additional revenue across the membership segment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the TWI teams to align strategies and share resources for optimal member engagement and retention.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Monitor account performance track engagement metrics and report on key performance indicators. Identify trends and opportunities for enhancing member value and driving additional revenue.

Working hours:
