Crowe MacKay LLP is excited to grow our team and is currently seeking a qualified experienced full time Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Kelowna office. The successful candidate will be career-focused individual that is excited to join a growth-oriented entrepreneurial firm.
The Role
- Administration of time and billing software
- Review daily employee time and time entry corrections as needed
- Generate finalize and post billings invoices and payments
- Daily deposits cash reports reconciling payments
- Manager collections and follow up on outstanding accounts
- Weekly Monthly and Year-End reporting
- Oversee user management in billing software (logins budgets charge out rates)
- Collaborate with other offices to share best practices and support process improvements
- Other accounts receivable/administrative tasks as required

- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong MS office skills (Excel Outlook Word)
- Professional and courteous manner in dealing with clients and team members

- Experience in a paperless environment would be an asset
- Recent experience with a public accounting firm would be an asset
- Certificate or diploma in business administration/accounting is considered an asset
