Job Summary

Position Summary:

The Client Experience Associate provides general office support with a variety of administrative and communications related tasks so that all advisory team members can effectively execute on roles in client financial advisory relationships.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Assist with answering and triaging incoming phone calls directing to the appropriate staff member as needed.
  • Plan and execute client appreciation initiatives team events and communications.
  • Partner with internal teams such as advisors operations and compliance to ensure seamless client service delivery.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and deliver engaging client communications newsletters and updates.
  • Prepare and distribute mailings and other communications as required.
  • Handle all logistics for meetings including room bookings catering requests and coordinating facilities for setup and cleanup.
  • Maintain organized electronic filing systems.
  • Provide general client service and support for advisors and their clients.
  • Offer phone support and manage inbound communications.
  • Perform daily operational tasks as needed and assist in other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain office supplies & equipment; stock and maintain kitchen area.

Required Qualifications:

  • Integrity and an understanding of fiduciary responsibility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional interpersonal communication skills
  • A team player with strong leadership skills and ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • 2 years of relevant service-oriented experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments; demonstrates initiative
  • Sound organizational skills and strong personal computer skills (MS Office Suite)

Compensation Range:

  • $20 - $22/hour
