We are hiring a full-time AI Annotation / Intent Verification Specialist to support the validation and annotation of data used by AI-powered hotel agents. This role focuses on reviewing call transcripts and confirming whether AI-identified intents align with predefined intent categories.
This is an entry-level noncustomer-facing role and does not require prior hospitality experience. The position is fully remote and open globally.
Review call transcripts generated by AI hotel agents
Verify whether first-level and second-level intents identified by the AI match predefined intent categories
Perform structured detail-oriented validation work following established SOPs
Ensure accuracy and consistency in intent verification
Handle an estimated volume of 100500 calls per week
Use internal tools provided for call review and annotation
Adhere to documentation annotation guidelines and quality standards
Strong English language proficiency
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to follow structured processes and SOPs
Comfortable performing repetitive validation and QA-style work
Able to work full-time in a remote environment
Prior experience with data annotation QA or verification work
Familiarity with reviewing transcripts or structured datasets
