Summary:
You will be joining a market leading team which provides cyber consultancy services bringing together capabilities across Global FINEX cyber and the wider WTW group of companies. The team is collaborative innovative and welcoming and advocates for growth personally and professionally across the firm. This is an and exciting opportunity for a candidate with a minimum of two years of industry (cyber or information security-related) experience looking for a demanding full-time client-facing risk consulting and advisory role. The successful candidate will be provided an opportunity to innovate and enhance our suite of consulting services and there may be opportunities for rapid promotion for an individual who shows clear skills and capabilities in the role. The successful candidate will also be required to make occasional trips to client offices (UK-based) and so must be happy to travel when requested.
The Role:
Global FINEX is part of WTW and is a division of the Risk & Insurance Broking segment that acts as a knowledge base for WTW worldwide with our teams of experts in Financial Executive and Professional Risks providing specialist advice and services to our clients and associates.
We have 700 colleagues based in Great Britain/ Europe International (Asia Latin America Middle East Africa and Australasia) and North America who act on behalf of organisations from global conglomerates and government institutions to regional practices and medium size enterprise. We are specialists who utilise deep industry experience to provide tailored risk management solutions.

Competencies
This is a great opportunity for an individual with good statistical analytical and communication skills. The candidate will continue to develop their knowledge of the cyber operating space using this knowledge and experience to generate insightful deliverables for our clients. The individual will be responsible for creating client-facing cyber risk assessment reports and presentations (under supervision during probation period) and will be required to manage their own caseload at the end of the probation period.

The Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess:
Industry experience in a cyber / information security and / or cyber insurance role.
Ability to demonstrate knowledge and awareness of information and cyber security concepts controls technologies and frameworks / standards.
Industry-recognised certifications / qualifications commensurate with experience. For this role the successful candidate will possess at least one of the following: CompTIA Security CompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA) CRISC CISA CCSP CISM CISSP. All qualifications will be considered based on their direct applicability to the role. Opportunities for continued Professional Development will be available for the successful candidate.
Research and information gathering for thought leadership
Project management and support to senior consultants with ongoing projects
Written communication skills for report analysis and commentary
Verbal communication skills required to explain process steps and requirements to internal and external audiences and other departments within WTW
Ability to manage own time work on own initiative and to meet often tight deadlines
The desire to learn to be pragmatic and flexible
Interview Process:
The interview process will consist of the following stages:
Stage 1: CV Review and general discussion (60 minutes) conducted via MS Teams
Stage 2: Verbal presentation scenario-based technical assessment and general discussion (90 minutes) In-Person
Stage 3: Final general discussion (30 minutes) In-Person
