The ERP Manager will effectively lead the administration maintenance optimization and ongoing development of the firms Deltek Vantagepoint Platform. This role will oversee ERP functions such as but not limited to system configuration data integrity workflow design and cross functional improvements to ensure ERP supports efficient project management accounting resource management and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead administrator for Deltek Vantagepoint overseeing configuration workflows dashboards and security settings.
- Develop custom workflows and processes for solutions to enhance growth and efficiency.
- Promote consistency by establishing standard processes and best practices.
- Maintain system integrity including data structures fields and integrations with other software platforms.
- Develop and train best practices for system usage documentation and governance.
- Test and lead the execution of system upgrades and new module implementations.
- Partner closely with internal teams during mergers and acquisitions to support system scalability.
- Develop and manage reports KPIs dashboards and data visualizations to support leadership and project teams.
- Leverage understanding of financial workflows and ERP system design to guide strategic decision making and support enterprise-wide scalability.
- Support effective financial planning by working cross-functionally with Accounting and Finance.
- Ensure system accuracy through various audits and process controls.
- Manage data import/exports and ensure consistent integration with separate business tools (CRM Payroll Timekeeping etc.)
- Maintain user roles access permissions and audit controls.
- Ensure compliance with company policies financial controls and data security standards.
- Oversee documentation and change procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in information systems Business Administration Finance or any related field.
- 7 years of experience administering ERP systems
- 5 years of experience managing ERP systems
- Deltek Vantagepoint experience
