Job Summary
Renn Kirby Gettysburg is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parts Associate to support our dealerships parts department. This position works closely with service technicians advisors and customers to ensure accurate parts selection timely order fulfillment and a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is organized detail-oriented and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist service technicians and advisors by identifying locating and distributing automotive parts
Support retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and purchases
Accurately process parts orders invoices returns and credits
Maintain proper inventory levels through stocking labeling and organization
Receive and verify incoming parts shipments
Answer phone and email inquiries regarding parts availability and pricing
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parts department
Follow dealership policies safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous automotive dealership parts experience preferred
Knowledge of automotive parts and systems is a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills; dealership DMS experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Valid drivers license and acceptable driving record
