Job Summary

We are currently hiringa Recruiterfor our Las Vegas office.

This roleconsists of:

Consulting with clientsto understand organizational recruitment strategy
Agreeing on a recruitment mandate with the internal recruiters
Searching for and approaching suitable candidates
Posting job ads to attract applicants
Managing the interview assessment and shortlisting process
Screening resumes and conducting interviews
Developing and maintaining relationships with professionals
Attending job fairs and other events to recruit professionals
Creating and posting job descriptions and advertisements
Must have attention to detail
Must be organized
Must offer great customer service and be patient
