End User Maintenance & Support Tech Hub Information Technology End User Maintenance & Support Role Title IT Technician Grade Senior Associate Position Overview Candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems networks and software applications. Responsibilities
Main Accountabilities
Support and maintain IT infrastructure including but not limited to device management peripherals printers & workstations. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Perform regular system updates backups and health checks. Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems. Document technical issues and ensure the ITSM standards are followed. Ensure processes of support are aligned to firm data standard policies. Critical Skills Knowledge and Experience Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems Mobile devices enterprise software applications and mobile device management (MDM) solutions. Experienced with endpoint management tools such as: SCCM Intune and WorkspaceOne Experienced with AD environment and windows Group policy Experienced with scripting languages such as PowerShell Experienced on platform M365 Printer technology Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Knowledge of network protocols and hardware. Familiarity with IT service management tools and SNOW ticket tool Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles Basic understanding of AV devices Key Personal Attributes Curiosity: A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn explore new ideas and see past the status quo.
