What is The Role
Were looking for an experienced International Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager in Singapore to support and scale our Professional Services business across APJ. This role drives operational excellence business insights planning and execution with a specific focus on improving operational performance in the APJ region. You will also get to supervise a Partner Operations Coordinator who runs International Partner Ops and manage the APJ Resource Manager to ensure smooth delivery strong partner engagement and efficient resource allocation.
What You Will Be Doing
- Reporting to International Ops Director partner with Professional Services leadership across APJ & EMEA to shape strategy elevate operational standards and deliver strong business outcomes.
- Analyze performance trends pipeline health partner contributions and forecast accuracy; deliver clear actionable insights. Conduct thorough analysis on key business drivers including bookings revenue backlog capacity & demand analysis utilization and service-line profitability transforming complex data into executive summaries and actionable recommendations for the leadership team.
- Own and drive the APJ regions full operational cycle including forecasting calls utilization and capacity planning meetings and quarterly business reviews to ensure forecast accuracy and resource alignment with demand.
- Lead all aspects of INTL Partner Operations including performance tracking process optimization partner enablement support and management of the Partner Ops Coordinator. Track and optimize the end-to-end partner lifecycle and operations including process documentation performance scorecards partner enablement and the direct management and development of the Partner Coordinator role.
- Enhance APJ operational excellence by optimizing processes strengthening resource planning and improving financial forecasting.
- Create and maintain dashboards tools and reporting frameworks in Salesforce Tableau and other analytics platforms.
- Support annual planning productivity analysis territory and resource modeling and overall revenue optimization.
- Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvements in tools workflows partner engagement and delivery operations.
What You Bring
- BS/BA degree or a related field.
- 5 years in Revenue Operations Sales/Services Operations Strategy FP&A Consulting or similar roles in SaaS or Professional Services.
- Experience with partner ecosystems or partner operations is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and executive interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Power User proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office/Google.
- SQL experience a plus
