Your responsibilities
In this role the Energy Storage Sales Manager (m/f/d) will be pivotal in expanding EP Energys presence in Italy by building and developing a nationwide dealer network. You will focus on recruiting and supporting implementation partnersdealers who will handle energy storage systems (ESS) and infrastructure installations at customer sites. Your responsibility will be to identify and engage with local and national partners who can deliver EP Energys ESS solutions and integrate them into the larger energy ecosystem.As part of your role you will:- Establish and grow a network of trusted dealer partners across Italy.
- Support and collaborate with these dealers to ensure the successful implementation of EP Energys energy storage and charging solutions at customer locations.
- Educate partners on the value and benefits of our ESS solutions ensuring they understand how to position them effectively in the market.
- Ensure dealers are equipped to manage the full implementation process including the integration of ESS infrastructure.
- Monitor the performance of dealers and help them maximize their sales potential.

- Resilient attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to contribute individually and work within a strong team culture.
- Excellent written presentation and demonstration skills (english and italian).
- High negotiation skills with respectful communication.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems knowledge in HubSpot is an advantage
- Driving license and willingness to travel within Italy
- Experience in transport and logistics coordination is highly desirable but not a must.
