About the Job
We are looking for a talented Retail Marketing Assistant to join our VS UK Marketing Team working primarily on supporting the implementation of marketing initiatives within our standalone retail stores.

The role reports into our Retail Marketing Executive and works closely with the retail stores to create seamless marketing campaigns.

The ability to manage your own workload whilst working collaboratively across several simultaneous projects is vital as is creativity and passion for wider creative trends and innovations to help drive our brands forward.

You will be..
Supporting Marketing initiatives to promote Brand Product or Services in our solus retail stores
Work with retail functions to bring engaging marketing to stores appropriate to their profile & turnover
Regular contact with stores & centres supporting key advertising & event opportunities
Support creation of a local Marketing toolkit to assist stores to proactively deliver local on brand activity
Work closely the Social Media Assistant to develop Store Social strategies that drive local market engagement
Support execution of brand campaigns in store
Collaborate with VM to create an engaging omni channel Store experience
Work closely with the POS Designer to ensure all marketing collateral in store works seamlessly with our overarching POS principles
Identify opportunities to promote the brand based on market customer & store team feedback
Work with Internal depts & agencies to create & evaluate store Marketing programs

Experience working within a similar retail marketing role
Excellent communication skills
Ability to maintain a marketing calendar of activations
Stakeholder management skills working with varying levels of seniority
Self-starter who is energised by the pace and can manage your own workload juggling projects to execute campaigns within tight deadlines
