What Will You Do
This role supports technical presales and implementation of Panayas testing solutions (including Test Dynamix) helping customers improve testing efficiency through strategic planning and test automation.
Key Responsibilities:- Partner with sales teams to deliver tailored solution proposals and live product demonstrations
- Analyze client requirements and support development of test planning and automation strategies
- Conduct test assessments and recommend improvements including identification of automation opportunities
- Provide technical assistance in deploying Panaya Test Dynamix including setup and test automation scenario creation
- Support post-implementation activities such as user training operational assistance and ongoing QA
- Share customer feedback with the product team to support continuous improvement
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and prepare reports in English when needed
Requirements:- 3 years of experience in SAP implementation software testing or automation
- Experience with test automation tools (e.g. Selenium UFT Tricentis)
- Prior experience in presales or customer-facing technical roles is preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Native-level Japanese and business-level English
- Proactive self-motivated team player
