Easterseals Florida is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our school-based therapy team serving students across Volusia County Schools. What Youll Do

Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations to assess students needs.

Develop and deliver individualized treatment plans that support student success.

Collaborate with teachers parents and school teams through IEPs SSTs 504 Plans and problem-solving meetings.

Track progress using EMR and other approved systems in alignment with DOE and Easterseals standards.

Prepare reports justifications and documentation to ensure quality service and compliance.

Mentor and supervise assistant-level therapists (COTAs) interns and volunteers.

Participate in peer reviews and ongoing professional development

What You Bring

Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

Current State of Florida OT license and eligibility for an NPI number

Strong collaboration and communication skills

Integrity flexibility and a heart for helping children thrive

Pediatric or school-based experience preferred
