Responsibilities

Provide hands-on outpatient physical therapy services
Treat primarily geriatric patients with chronic pain orthopedic and balance conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Supervise and collaborate with a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Deliver high-quality patient-centered care in an outpatient setting
Complete documentation per facility standards

Requirements

Active California Physical Therapist license
Prior outpatient physical therapy experience
Strong manual therapy skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Current BLS/BCLS certification

Monday Friday schedule
Contract assignment
