Job Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a Medical / Surgical Technician to provide both clinical and administrative support in a busy outpatient healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Russian and English and committed to delivering high-quality patient-centered care to a diverse population.

Key Responsibilities

Assist healthcare providers with patient care and routine clinical procedures
Room patients and obtain vital signs medical histories and medication/allergy information
Prepare patients for examinations and provide assistance during procedures
Perform basic clinical tasks within scope of practice
Accurately document patient information in the electronic medical record (EMR)
Schedule appointments and support efficient patient flow
Deliver courteous professional customer service to patients and families
Maintain clean organized and well-stocked examination rooms
Follow all safety infection control and regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
Current BLS Certification
Bilingual proficiency in Russian and English

Preferred Qualifications

Medical Assistant certification
One (1) or more years of experience as a Medical Assistant or similar role
Experience in Cardiology Primary Care or Family Medicine
