Performs quality assurance on manufactured products ensuring that each leaves the factory as designed and in accordance with customer engineering and cosmetic requirements. Works with engineering manufacturing and other technical stakeholders to ensure quality assurance throughout design development and manufacturing.
ResponsibilitiesPlans and optimizes incoming inspections for assigned products / components. Inspects and measures hardware through production (that is safes and metal sheet parts). Tests and reports on assembly processes performing final test and product packaging and installation audits. Works with engineering manufacturing and other relevant teams on deviation management as required. Monitors quality-related statistical data identifying procedural / process opportunities and recommending process improvement strategies. Performs root cause analysis to understand and address underlying quality issues. Proactively notifies project technical and other teams about noted issues causal analysis mitigation and preventive action.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
- Education or equivalent work experience required.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience in Manufacturing Quality.
- Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
