We are looking for an Entry-Level Honda Sales Consultant to join our team at Route 128 Honda in Reading MA. This role offers the unique opportunity to receive hands-on training as you work helping you develop your sales skills while becoming an expert on Honda vehicles. You will be dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchase experience with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop a thorough understanding and demonstration of vehicle specifications capabilities and features.
2. Proactively generate and convert leads into successful car sales.
3. Provide exceptional customer service and support before during and after the sales process.
4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all vehicles in inventory and effectively communicate their benefits.
5. Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle by actively listening to their preferences and needs.
6. Build and nurture lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
7. Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for mutually beneficial sales transactions.
8. Collaborate with Finance Managers to finalize sales and ensure customer satisfaction.
9. Stay informed on automotive industry trends local market activity and competitive offerings.
10. Attend all required staff meetings training sessions and educational classes.
Requirements:
1. Previous sales experience is preferred though not required; automotive sales experience is a plus.
2. Strong customer service and negotiation skills.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
5. Comfortable using computers for various work tasks.
6. Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
7. Valid drivers license required.

1. Competitive compensation ranging from $75000.00 to $185000.00 per year paid weekly.
