Your mission
Youll take full ownership of our CRM and turn HubSpot into the system that helps everyone work smarter while ensuring startups and customers have a consistently great experience with us. Youll build the strategy the setup the data foundation and the internal buy-in needed for long-term customer success and retention.
CRM strategy & structure- Define how and why we use HubSpot: vision setup principles governance and priorities
- Design scalable CRM structures that support customer retention and long-term relationship building
- Translate customer journey and business needs into a clean CRM architecture (pipelines lifecycle stages properties permissions)
- Implement APIs to external tools especially for data processing automation / AI agents
Implementation & operational ownership
Data management reporting & insights
- Own data quality and governance (structure hygiene consistency and reliability)
- Build reporting and dashboardsand turn data into clear actionable recommendations
- Set up and run analyses to measure performance across funnels retention and engagement
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and other relevant legal frameworks
Campaigns & customer voice
- Manage CRM-based campaigns (segmentation targeting execution and tracking)
- Establish a feedback loop through Customer Experience surveys and insights and convert learnings into improvements
Your profile
This role needs someone who can think strategically and execute hands-on. Youre comfortable being the go-to person for HubSpot but also strong enough to lead change: youll challenge habits and create clarity where things used to be messy.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in a startup or fast-paced scale-up environment
- Experience with Hubspot Data Hub or similar tools (e.g. Salesforce Tableau)
- Experience working with universities research institutions or academic ecosystems
