Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

The program will provide graduates with a broad range of support & benefits:

• Access to learning and development tools and opportunities tailored to their rotations

• Membership of the Early Career Professionals community with access to social and networking events

• Enrolment in professional development workshops and masterclasses along with other members of the Early Careers community

• Annual graduate conference to connect and come together across the functions

• Customised performance feedback and reporting aligned with the 6-month rotations

• Structured support network of graduate buddies and senior mentors with confirmation of their roles and expectations around support

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or higher with a passion for business & technology

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when required

• Be able to innovate problem solve and a willingness to learn

• Passionate about technology and looking to thrive in a fast-growing fintech environment

• Completed or due to complete undergraduate degree by the end of 2025

• Must possess full Australian working rights
