This role is based in Farnborough Hampshire with 2 days per week in the office. Our office is within walking distance of the train station and has free parking. This is a full-time position however work life balance is important to us and so we are open to discussion on flexible working patterns (minimum 4 days per week).

Salary: 30000 - 33000 p.a. bonus

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing digital this role youll play a pivotal part in strengthening the growth and visibility of the Inghams and Santas Lapland brands across digital channels. Working closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and other Digital Marketing Executive youll help shape and elevate our digital acquisition strategy for the brands delivering award-winning best-in-class advertising across paid social display video and affiliate marketing.

Youll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of paid social YouTube ads and affiliates optimising performance and uncovering new opportunities for growth. At the same time youll work with our digital agency ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement across display and paid search activity.

• Strong digital marketing experience and knowledge.

• Experience of digital display advertising and paid social (client-side or agency).

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Experience using Meta Ads Manager.

• Experience with affiliate marketing.

• Experience in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

• Ability to analyse data draw insights and optimise campaigns.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to produce engaging copy to use across a variety of channels.

• Ability to work at pace prioritise workload and maintain accuracy at all times.

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.

• A passion for travel.
