An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and committed Music Teacher to join a well-established secondary school in Reading. This is a full-time permanent role starting in January or by agreement and offers the chance to contribute to a strong creative curriculum.
Job Overview
You will be responsible for:
Teaching Music across KS3 and KS4 covering performance composition and theory
Planning engaging lessons that support musical skill development and confidence
Encouraging participation in ensembles concerts and extracurricular activities
Supporting school performances and wider arts events
Assessing student progress and promoting high-quality musical outcomes
Contributing positively to the wider creative life of the school
