Job Overview
You will be responsible for:
Providing first-line and second-line IT support to staff and students
Maintaining and supporting school IT systems hardware and software
Managing user accounts devices and network access
Supporting classroom technology including interactive boards and specialist equipment
Assisting with the installation configuration and maintenance of new systems
Troubleshooting technical issues and responding promptly to support requests
Supporting data security backups and safeguarding-related IT procedures
