Job Summary
Payor Operations Associate Mental & Behavioral Health
Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)
Salary:USDper month (depending on qualifications and skills)
Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm US Pacific time
About the Role
We are looking for a Payor Operations Associate with experience in revenue cycle management and claims processing preferably in the mental and behavioral health industry. This role involves working with insurance payers managing denials and handling patient billing inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
Billing & Revenue Cycle Management Process claims handle denials and communicate with payers.
Claims Processing Submit and track claims while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Denials & Appeals Manage claim denials resubmissions and appeals efficiently.
Payer Communication Liaise with insurance companies to resolve payment issues.
Patient Billing Support Explain billing statements and patient responsibility amounts.
Data Management Maintain accurate records of payments rejections and outstanding balances.
What Were Looking For
Must-Have Experience:
Billing claims processing and revenue cycle management (preferably in mental/behavioral health).
Strong communication skills (written & verbal English).
Understanding of medical billing codes (behavioral health codes preferred).
Nice-to-Have Experience:
Experience in mental health practices or digital health startups.
- Familiarity with denial management and insurance appeals.
- Managing credentialing processes for healthcare providers under the nice to have section.
