Job Summary
Our client is looking for a Warehouse Dispatcher to join their team.
Salary & Benefits:
USD 400 Gross
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily dispatch schedules in line with sales and production requirements
- Prepare dispatch documentation including delivery notes invoices and stock release forms
- Ensure accurate picking loading and dispatch of steel products
- Liaise with warehouse staff drivers and transporters to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor stock movements and update inventory records
- Conduct dispatch checks to ensure correct quantities grades and specifications
- Ensure compliance with health safety and company procedures
- Resolve dispatch discrepancies and delivery queries
- Maintain a clean organized and safe dispatch area
Key Skills
- Strong understanding of steel products sizes and grades is an advantage
- Good computer skills and stock management systems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Strong coordination and planning skills
- Team player with a hands on approach
- High level of integrity and accountability
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a diploma or certificate in logistics supply chain or warehousing
- At least two to three years experience in warehouse dispatch preferably within steel or heavy industry
