The UI Architect React in the aviation domain is responsible for designing and implementing scalable high-performance user interfaces for mission-critical aviation platforms (e.g. Crew Scheduling Flight Operations). The role involves:

Key Responsibilities

Front-End Architecture
- Define and maintain UI architecture using ensuring modularity scalability and performance.
- Establish reusable component libraries and design systems aligned with aviation workflows.
- Implement responsive and accessible UI for complex aviation applications.

Collaboration
- Work closely with product owners UX designers and backend architects to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Translate aviation business requirements into intuitive UI solutions.
Performance & Security
- Optimize rendering performance for large datasets (e.g. flight schedules crew rosters).
- Ensure compliance with aviation security and accessibility standards.
Modernization & Governance
- Drive modernization of legacy UIs to React-based SPAs.
- Define best practices for UI development code reviews and architectural governance.
DevOps & CI/CD
- Integrate UI builds into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins GitHub Actions and Webpack.
- Collaborate on containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes) for aviation platforms.

Skills Required

Technical Skills

Core Technologies: JavaScript (ES6) TypeScript HTML5 CSS3.
State Management: Redux Context API.
Build Tools: Webpack Babel.
Testing: Jest Enzyme Cypress.
API Integration: RESTful APIs GraphQL.
Performance Optimization: Virtual DOM lazy loading code splitting.
UI/UX Principles: Responsive design accessibility (WCAG compliance).

Domain Knowledge
