About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic motivated and career-oriented MEP Project Manager to join a growing construction team. Summary / Objective:
The MEP Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of planning coordination and execution of commercial construction projects involving Mechanical Electrical Plumbing (MEP) systems. This includes HVAC sheet metal electrical fire protection (sprinkler) and coordination with subcontractors and vendors. The role requires strong technical knowledge of MEP systems and the ability to review drawings and specifications for design integrity and constructability.
Essential Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams clients subcontractors and vendors
Foster a positive and productive jobsite culture
Coordinate with internal departments such as preconstruction sales safety purchasing CAD/BIM and fabrication teams
Develop and maintain project schedules and construction plans
Review vendor quotes procure materials and equipment and manage subcontractor scopes and agreements
Provide guidance and oversight for fabrication and installation schedules
Monitor daily project metrics including manpower material deliveries productivity and safety
Mentor field leadership to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and with high quality and safety standards
Prepare manage and track project budgets and report key performance indicators to senior leadership
Develop revenue forecasts schedules of values cash flow projections and financial analyses
Identify scope changes prepare pricing and submit change order requests
Create and implement recovery plans for projects facing challenges related to schedule cost quality or safety
Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and/or 8 years of relevant project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong communication leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to apply innovative and effective project management techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated detail-oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and required background checks
Commitment to company policies procedures and assigned work schedules.
