Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires deep construction expertise strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate is proactive detail-oriented and capable of fostering strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the sales team to align on client expectations project scope and pricing structures
Manage all aspects of construction project lifecycle ensuring they are completed on time and on budget
Coordinate with architects in-house fabrication team and subcontractors throughout all phases of construction
Oversee material procurement and ensure timely delivery to job sites
Schedule and manage all permits and inspections ensuring documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements
Provide timely updates to clients and management regarding project status schedules and budgets
Establish and nurture relationships with all stakeholders from throughout the construction lifecycle
Establish a Product Mindset with a focus on delivering efficient and repeatable outcomes while advocating the continuous improvement of system and processes involving construction systems workflows and efficiency

Qualifications

Proven experience in single-family home remodeling and ADU construction
Strong hands-on construction background as a general contractor with thorough knowledge of building codes knowledge of specialty trades and construction methodologies preferably in California and the 9 Bay Area Counties
BS/BA in Engineering Construction Management or Architecture with a minimum of 5 years experience
General Contractor or Architecture license preferred
PMP Certification preferred
