We are seeking a skilled Voice Portal / IVR Developer to design develop and support enterprise-level IVR and Voice Portal applications. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Java and VXML-based IVR systems with exposure to modern voice platforms and conversational AI technologies. This role involves building scalable reliable and high-performing voice solutions that deliver seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain IVR and Voice Portal applications using Java and VXML
Implement call flows prompts grammars and backend integrations
Integrate IVR applications with databases APIs and external systems
Work with speech recognition and conversational AI platforms
Troubleshoot debug and optimize IVR performance and call flows
Deploy and support applications on application servers and voice platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business QA and operations
Provide production support and ensure high availability of IVR systems
