POSITION OVERVIEW : Salesforce Engineering Manager
We are looking for a Salesforce Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team of Salesforce developers administrators and architects in delivering scalable high-impact Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will combine deep Salesforce expertise with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to drive innovation efficiency and alignment with business goals.
POSITION GENERAL DUTIES AND TASKS :
Experience Level: 10 years (with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce engineers and administrators fostering a culture of technical excellence collaboration and continuous learning.
- Oversee the end-to-end design development and delivery of Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud etc.).
- Partner with Product Owners Business Analysts and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
- Define and enforce Salesforce development standards best practices and governance policies (e.g. CI/CD code reviews security and data management).
- Manage project delivery timelines resource allocation and prioritization to ensure high-quality on-time deliverables.
- Stay abreast of Salesforce platform releases emerging features and integration opportunities to optimize system capabilities.
- Drive automation technical debt reduction and continuous improvement initiatives across Salesforce applications.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and IT leaders to ensure alignment with overall technology strategy and ecosystem integration.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- 8 12 years of Salesforce platform experience including at least 3 years in a people management or team lead capacity.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions at enterprise scale.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture APIs data model and integration patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Flows and third-party integrations.
- Experience managing DevOps processes using tools such as Copado Gearset or Jenkins.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and project delivery skills.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Application Architect System Architect or Platform Developer II.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and working in a multi-cloud Salesforce environment.
- Prior experience in a global or large enterprise setup with cross-functional delivery teams.
