About the Role

We are seeking a Client Relations Executive (Fresher) who will act as a point of contact between the company and its clients. This role focuses on communication coordination and relationship management to ensure a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

Communicate with clients via calls emails and WhatsApp
Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining services
Maintain client records and follow-ups
Coordinate between internal teams and clients
Handle basic client queries and escalate issues when needed
Collect client feedback and support retention efforts
Ensure timely updates and smooth communication

Skills & Requirements

Graduate / Final-year student (any stream)
Good verbal and written communication skills
Client-friendly professional attitude
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Willingness to learn customer handling and business communication
