- Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining services
- Maintain client records and follow-ups
- Coordinate between internal teams and clients
- Handle basic client queries and escalate issues when needed
- Collect client feedback and support retention efforts
- Ensure timely updates and smooth communication
Skills & Requirements
- Graduate / Final-year student (any stream)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Client-friendly professional attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Willingness to learn customer handling and business communication
