About the Opportunity
A growing HR consulting and talent-advisory firm operating in recruitment services RPO and workforce consulting across India. We partner with startups and mid-market enterprises to deliver end-to-end hiring solutionssourcing talent managing the recruitment lifecycle and supporting offer-to-join processes.
We are hiring an on-site Talent Acquisition Intern to join our recruiting team and support high-volume hiring projects across functional areas. This role is based in India and offers hands-on exposure to full-cycle recruitment employer branding and hiring operations.
Talent Acquisition Intern (Recruiting Intern)
Role & Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities: source candidates screen resumes coordinate interviews and assist with offer administration.
- Execute proactive candidate sourcing using job boards and social platforms; build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles.
- Use ATS to update candidate records track workflow stages and maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reports.
- Conduct initial phone/virtual screens to assess basic fit against job requirements and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Collaborate with the recruiting team on job postings role descriptions and outreach messaging to improve response rates and diversity sourcing.
- Support campus drives and recruitment events and assist with background check coordination and onboarding logistics.
