Job Summary

Qualification & Education

Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying Civil Engineering Construction Management Commercial Management or Business Administration
Master’s degree (MBA or MSc in Construction/Project Management) is a strong advantage
Professional Certifications (Highly Preferred)
MRICS / FRICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
MCIOB (Chartered Institute of Building)
Chartered Quantity Surveyor (CQS) or equivalent
PMP or equivalent project management certification (added value)

Experience

12–20 years of progressive experience in commercial management within large construction infrastructure or EPC organizations
Proven track record managing high-value projects (USD 50M / QAR 200M)
Experience across pre-contract and post-contract functions
GCC experience strongly preferred (Qatar KSA UAE)
Core Commercial Expertise
Contract administration (FIDIC Red/Yellow/Silver Books)
Claims management variations EOTs and dispute resolution
Cost control cash-flow forecasting CVRs and financial reporting
Procurement strategy subcontractor negotiation and contract awards
Risk identification mitigation and commercial governance
Value engineering and cost optimization
