IT Lead Manager
Location: Doha Qatar
About the Role
Our client a leading organization in Qatar is seeking an experienced IT Lead Manager to oversee IT operations lead technology and AI strategy implementation and optimize systems for secure and efficient performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analysis of the companys technology infrastructure and AI requirements
- Develop and implement IT strategy aligned with business objectives
- Oversee day-to-day IT operations systems and network management
- Plan and execute strategic technology upgrades and system optimizations
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance
- Manage IT team budgets and vendor relationships
- Drive innovation through emerging technologies and AI solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field
- 7-10 years of IT management experience
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure networks and systems administration
- Experience with AI technologies and cloud platforms (AWS Azure Google Cloud)
- Expertise in cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks
- Excellent leadership communication and project management skills
- Relevant certifications (PMP CISSP ITIL) preferred
